WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Logistic Store Supporter you, and your team colleagues play an important role to ensure high quality logistical customer support which contributes to a high satisfaction of the stores with which we work together:
- Create and verify Delivery scheduling (including rescheduling process) for stores and online customers
- Controlling and verifying TDR reports
- Controlling and processing store and online orders
- Verification of unprocessed online orders
- Organization and control of the supply of store equipment items and the supply of goods for new and remodeled stores
- Verification and balancing of accounting regulations according to intercompany procedure between DCE and stores
- Check the campaigns in the stores – create orders, validate schedules and data, prepare order list
- Liaising with franchise customers and controlling their orders
- Cooperation with other departments (Transport, Logistics Planning, Customer Service)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
- At least a secondary education and relevant experience in a similar position
- Very good organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and achieve high quality results
- Ability to focus on details
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Good knowledge of English language - both written and spoken
- German language knowledge is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
